IcuSync connects Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, to your intervals.icu calendar. Ask questions about your data, build structured workouts, and push them straight to your watch. All without leaving the conversation.
Works with Claude on web, mobile, and desktop.
Requires an intervals.icu account.
What it does
Ask Claude anything about your recent sessions, fitness trends, fatigue, or weekly load. It reads directly from your intervals.icu account.
Describe what you need and Claude writes it using your zones, threshold pace, or power targets. Review it then push it to your calendar.
Workouts land on your intervals.icu calendar and auto-sync to Garmin, Coros, Wahoo, Polar, Suunto and other connected devices.
How it works
Create your IcuSync account and subscribe for $20.00 USD / year.
Required for IcuSync to work
Paste your intervals.icu Athlete ID and API key into your IcuSync account settings.
Add IcuSync to Claude using the MCP URL on a paid Claude plan, or the desktop installer on Claude free plan (desktop only).
Open Claude and ask about your training. IcuSync handles the rest.
